Details of the spaces are below, along with an indication of each room’s capacity, although room capacity is dependent on set up and we encourage you to discuss your requirements with us in order to work out the best space, or spaces, for your event.

Hire Charges
The Oakwood Centre spaces are charged at an hourly rate, reduced for bookings over 4 hours, and with a premium hourly rate charged from 6pm. Individual rates are set for Business, Woodley resident, non-Woodley resident, and Community / Charity group bookings. You can download the Hire Charge calculator below to work out an indicative cost for your booking; just select the appropriate tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet, and enter the details in the yellow boxes. This is not a quote and you will need to discuss your booking requirements with us.
